Baby Baer is an Amazon Parrot. He does very well with men, but he is not much into woman. His wings are not cut and never have been.
He generally stays on his cage, even though now and then he flies on over and checks out whats going on in the kitchen.
You should know your way with parots for this guy. parots generally don't like change and he will have an adjustment period.
