I can move to TN KY MO GA WV, or beyond. We seek 3/2 home, outbuildings a plus. We are country savvy, like trees, can handle animals, or your rented pasture. I can pay $300-900 mo/rent, plus additional expenses. One year lease, or rent to own, ok, so long as we can rent one year free and clear, with deposits, of course.
